Turkey probes contractors as earthquake deaths pass 33,000

Turkey(zeropoint9) The death toll from the recent earthquake in Turkey has exceeded 33,000. A large number of houses and buildings have become piles of rubble due to the earthquake. After such a loss, the Turkish authorities are expressing fears that poor material has been used in the construction of the houses, due to which the investigation has been started from the builders.
The search operation is still going on to find the people buried in the debris, two children and a pregnant woman buried under the debris have been pulled out on Sunday. The death toll from the powerful earthquakes has risen to 33,185 and search operations are still turning up more bodies.
Looking at this painful situation, the Turkish authorities have decided to investigate the matter.
